|Recommended: YesLove it — My family and I just moved in. We are loving this place. The grounds are beautiful and so are the apartments. Any maintenance work orders have been addressed within 24 hours of creating them. The location is also very convenient. Everything is nearby. The office staff is very helpful.

|Recommended: YesThe Staff, Both Maintenance and Property, Are Great — I've lived in a lot of apartments over the years and the staff here is among the best. They have always been very helpful. The maintenance staff in particular has gone the extra mile in helping me. The other tenants are also very friendly. I would definitely recommend 1201 Park to anyone looking for an apartment.
