|Recommended: YesI was referred here by my friend who lives at this complex. Whitney showed me around and was so pleasant and patient with all of the questions I had. I am in a lease with a complex already which is running out soon but I will be making my next move here. The gym is one of the reasons why but most importantly it is the courteous customer service. The office staff where I live now is rude and my service requests can take up to three weeks to be done. She also printed out a list of restaurants in the area when I told her I was a huge foodie. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking to move to this area.

2 Need to get a vehicle sticker from the apartment authorities, otherwise, they will tow the vehicle it was a bad experience for me and I paid 250, Towing people will come in the night and pull your vehicle if no sticker on the windshield.
3 Maintenance I can give you a full rating.
4 Millie Mamo is excellent and very straightforward.
5 The dumping area garbage needs to be improved, and overflows on weekends.

|Recommended: YesLong-Time Tenant — I have lived here since September 2017. The location is great and you can't really beat that. Whenever I have any maintenance requests the response is impressively quick. The gym has a wonderful view of the pool area and it's clean and convenient for a quick work-out. The font-office staff is friendly and accommodating. I can highly recommend this apartment complex.
