|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here And I'm About To Sign My 3Rd Lease. — This property recently changed ownership and I was concerned about what would change...turns out, not much.
I've seen some of the same maintenance crew that were here with Cortland which makes me feel better about the new lease I'm about to sign. Maintenance here responds within 48 hours but my experience has been within 24 hours for the requests I've submitted.
However, the best part about signing a new lease is Whitney Green, she was the manager with Cortland and has stayed on as manager with the new company. Whitney is very friendly and helpful so I know if I have an issue it will be taken care of immediately.
I absolutely recommend checking out this apartment complex, you won't be sorry
